RTP provides comprehensive environmental and DOT compliance assistance, audits and training for all types of operational facilities, including those that handle or generate hazardous waste and businesses that ship, process or receive hazardous materials or hazardous waste. RTP works with clients to develop policies and procedures that meet regulatory compliance and provide permit compliance and parameter control.  RTP provides training on these policies and procedures to further meet regulatory requirements.   Training and programs can be developed that are site specific and custom designed.  Training can be simply awareness level or provide detailed specifics.

RTP has extensive experience working with clients to meet your DOT and International Air Transport Association (IATA) compliance needs. We assist in all aspects of complying with the regulations: from choosing the right type of packaging (bulk, non-bulk, rail cars, etc.) to developing and improving in-house procedures and using carrier paperwork and tracking systems to help assure compliance with regulations. RTP also assists clients in DOT security assessments (Security Vulnerabilty Analysis) and related plans to manage any risks identified in the security analysis.
