RTP’s experts provide assistance to clients with Clean Water Act regulations and requirements on a regular basis.  The varied backgrounds and technical knowledge of RTP staff afford clients with the detailed information necessary to evaluate site conditions to determine applicable requirements and define potential exposures.  RTP staff can then assist with the development of corrective actions including, but not limited to, permitting activities, on-site implementation of plans and programs, and periodic inspections for maintaining a successful program.
