The book will inform you of the requirements of the Chemical Safety Information, Site Security, and Fuels Regulatory Relief Act.

The Second Edition also includes a chapter on how to manage your compliance with the General Duty Clause of the Clean Air Act. This applies to many facilities that have hazardous or toxic substances on site in quantities that do not meet RMP applicability levels, or that have hazardous or toxic substances that are not on the RMP or PSM lists.
