PERMITTING
AND REGULATORY ASSISTANCE
RTP provides
comprehensive services to assist clients in preparing environmental
permit applications and obtaining agency approval to construct,
modify, and operate industrial facilities. We have obtained for
our clients RCRA Part B permits, State and Federal construction
and FESOP Permits, PSD permits, Title V Operating Permits, non-attainment
area offset and bubble permits, and NPDES stormwater and waste water
discharge permits. We can conduct the necessary supporting analyses,

We are experienced in interacting with federal, state, and local
agencies and participating in pre-application conferences, appeal
hearings, and public hearings. Our staff has provided expert testimony
in numerous states and before the United States Congress. RTP personnel
include former state and federal employees who have been managers
at USEPA's New Source Review Section, the USEPA Air Pollution Training
Institute, and several state agencies. We can successfully assist
you in regulatory interpretations, permit negotiations, and expert
testimony.
