is a subscription-based web service offering electronic access
to the Advanced New Source Review Workshop course outline,
which provides up-to-date information on the entire range
of EPA policy documents (over 3000 documents and 6000 pages
of information). The more than 320-page outline summarizes,
references, and hyperlinks to each document in an easy to
find format. These documents address definitions, Prevention
of Significant Deterioration (PSD) regulations, the nonattainment
area of NSR regulations, and the enforcement aspects of NSR.
